Summary: The staff are very friendly. The building and rooms are very clean and seem new. Dripping off our gear and parking was easy.

Summary: The bed was good, actually it was the only good thing. The staff were not willing to provide any basic assistance to the guest in the hotel. There are way better options in the vey same street, just a little further up. My advice is to stay away from this place.

Summary: A standard modern Ibis hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary, but in the hot, dusty centre of Copiapo, just what you need - modern, clean and cool - and very reasonably priced. We slept well, and after a night sleeping up in the Andes, this place felt like pure luxury! Breakfast is not included in the price, but is available for a modest extra.
