Positive: We are coming here in Fribourg 2x / year when visiting our family. The staff here is always welcoming and happy to help. The rooms are always spotless clean and the beds comfortable, there are lovely shampoo and shower gel in the bathroomas, and plenty of soft towels. The location is ideal too, with the nearby bus stop (take ca.10mn to the train station) The area is safe and quiet. Also there are nearby shopping facilities, and for sport fans there is the ice rink, the stadium too.

Negative: "Parking 24h for 12 CHf" is only for one exit... In case you enter / leave the parking twice, you pay twice; even within the same 24h... Halloween "decoration" not for kids.... I took some pictures with dead people down, so that we dont have to see them...

Negative: Toilet was smelly. Receptionist tried to swindle extra money by clicking Euros as the currency, while Swiss Francs was cheaper when converted to Euros. ibis was charging more if you would pay in Euros (difference was 5 euros)
