Positive: Breakfast was a buffet system.paid directly to the Joel on a daily basis €9.15. Plenty of variety. I only ate 2 of 4 breakfasts at the hotel, the other 2 were at a local cafe as I only wanted a coffee. The room was comfy and very clean.. Excellent local transport enabled access to all areas of Bilbao. Good value for money.

Negative: Having the wash basin in the room was a bit disconcerting. The shower and toilet were all seperate units as well. Space wise a cube incorporating these 3 items would have taken up the same space/ area in my opinion. The view out of the window was another wing of the hotel about 6M away, so the blind was always down as you could see into the room but not a reason not to recommend this hotel

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the staff were super nice and helpful.
