Positive: Went just before they were closing for the winter so it was really quiet but also meant not everything was open the whole time, which is to be expected. Rooms were still nice, lots of food options at the buffet (except the last day), bar was pretty stacked with options. There were a lot of pools which was nice, but not really anything heated, so be mindful if you go off season as it was quite cold. The shows were a nice addition in the evening but maybe more suited to kids from what we saw. Also very close walk to private beach area behind the hotel which was really nice too.

Negative: The issues we had were mostly due to the time of year we went so probably not a problem usually. Buffet options were limited on the last couple of days. A couple of the a la carte restaurants were closed too. No heated pools meant there wasn't much swimming due to the temperature (this shouldn't be an issue in the summer). Maybe more suited to families with kids rather than couples I'd say.

Summary: Overall really nice, but better to come during the right season.

Positive: The beach was so close. The rooms were clean and the gardens of the hotel were beautiful!

Negative: Children screaming in the reception area at 6am every morning which woke us up.

Positive: Hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly and professional. Reception is helpful. Garden is looked after well. Lots of space. Three good swimming pools. Entertainment programs are interested. Music group performance is good.

Negative: Small choice of food in a restaurant.

Positive: Playa de Muro is amazing, friendliness if the staff.

Negative: Most a la carte restaurant for fully booked. We had to struggle to get a spot. You can hear guests talking and shouting in the hotel corridors from the room (sound insulation is to be revisited). Clean towels weren’t available in the towel stand and had limited working hours (most resorts have a continuous service throughout the day)

Positive: The Sea was amazing for kids and the Mexican and Greek restaurants were also great. Great Mojitos and good staff.

Negative: The application of the hotel which is used to book activities didn’t work at all despite many visits to reception to find a solution, no places to sit around the pool or beach. The beach space is small and it is only public beaches in Mallorca but the guy on the beach of the hotel isn’t friendly and difficult to deal with as he works for the town and not the hotel.

Summary: It was alright but nothing special. The sea is amazing especially for kids.
