I Tre Laghi is situated at approximately 1,3 kms from the historical centre of Città Sant'Angelo, in a tranquil area opposite three small lakes. The main house is subdivided in two self dependant apartments. Sant'Agnese is a ground floor apartment and hosts six persons. Living area, characteristic with vaulted ceilings, archway leads into dining/kitchen area, also with vaulted ceilings. Both access onto large porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and six chairs, cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Availability of cot upon request (see photo). Separate from the house there is a barbecue area, fully equipped with table and chairs, bar fridge, wash basin, fireplace and weber. Swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with large gazebo 6 x 4, all enclosed. Parking facilities within premises. The property is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes olive trees and various fruit trees, enclosed with remote control gates. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi. Heating paid upon consumption. A cautionary deposit of Euro 120 to be paid on the day of arrival and shall be reimbursed on day of departure, if no damage. Magnificent views of the countryside and Majella mountain. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -. Bologna motorway. The town itself offers all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, banks, post office, theatre, weekly markets. Ten minutes to Montesilvano and fifteen to Silvi Marina beaches, approximately an hour ‘s drive to the four Abruzzo Parks (Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Majella National Park, Molise National Park and Sirente Velino Regional Park. One hour drive to skiing resorts such as Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice or La Magnola. This area is also ideal for cycling and fishing. Possibility to rent entire house. For the period 30 December - 3 January a cautionary deposit of Euro 200 to be paid in cash upon arrival which shall be reimbursed on the day of departure if no damage. Upon request Piero and Letizia can organize visits of a true traditional Abruzzo. Tastings of oil, wine and beer. A visit to a pasta factory on how the various pastas are produced. An extraordinary outing to a family run cheese laboratory where you personally join in the family in making the cheese concluded with degustation of various cheeses. An outing with the family and their dogs in truffle hunting which is concluded at their restaurant with tasting of various truffle dishes. We apologise for a slight increase in price this year due to increase of taxes on reservations, cleaning fees and commission.

Summary: Well equipped apartment with amazing terrasse (we enjoyed our daily breakfast in the morning sun with great views). Apartment and garden are very clean and the communication with Letizia and Piero was quite pleasent.

Summary: Happy stay after a tricky start with booking but owners always very available and polite in trying to sort booking issues. Apartment very well equipped and owner welcomed us with an amazing lasagna and panettone and wine, which was very thoughtful on the 26th December when everything was shut. Owners also extremely prompt in fixing problem with heating - key for a December stay - and were generally very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Takes a whole day to warm the apartment up but then it is nice and warm. Would suggest re-thinking lounge furniture as the one there looks great but is not very comfortable or conducive for "lounging" in. Also would suggest including heating and electricity as part of bill, as it gets confusing with the extras. Hope to stay again once the pool is built as will make a great addition to the property if visiting in summer time. Great stay and very nice people.

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights in November. We could not possibly have had a more warm, welcoming stay! The home is perfectly situated just outside Pescara and Sant'Angelo, making daytime exploring easy. The roads are stunning, and the home is surrounded by olive trees, amazing landscaping, and beauty as far as the eye can see. The house was newly remodeled, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen, and a warm, home-like feel. We picked the PERFECT place! However, as other reviewers have commented, what really makes this home so ideal is the hospitality of the hosts. They greeted us at the home -- with warm foccaccia bread, Abruzzese pastry, and local wine. They were charming, funny, and kind, and gave us the welcome of someone truly inviting you into their home. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and other house-sharing sites, and never had I had a warmer welcome. We are returning next October and ,without question, will stay at this magnificent property. I thank you for opening this lovely home to us, and for treating us like family. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Abruzzo magical!

Summary: I Tre Laghi Sant' Agnese, which has been lovingly restored and renovated by its owners Piero and Letizia, is a true gem of Abruzzo. It is only a ten minute drive to the sea and an hour from the mountains providing a perfect home base to explore the sights that Abruzzo has to offer. The apartment is both stylish and beautifully appointed and has all the comforts of home. In addition, the outdoor space which includes herb garden, grape vines , fruit trees and covered barbecue area is absolutely beautiful. The photographs, inside and out, are an accurate reflection of what this property has to offer. What makes this property so special, however, and what sets it apart from other properties in the area are the owners Piero and Letizia who could not have been better hosts. They welcomed us with open arms and left us with a welcome pack which included food and a bottle of wine native to the area. In addition, they recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at to ensure that our visit was enjoyable and memorable. Grazia a voi e amici per sempre.

Summary: I Tre Laghi Sant Agnese is the most wonderful place we have stayed in. Beautifully appointed accommodation stylish and you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. A lovely touch was the welcome pack including a bottle of wine from the region. The location is superb the views stunning close to the sea and the mountains. The jewel in the crown is the warm welcome we received from Piero & Letizia. Nothing was too much trouble, as we had brought our dog with us he required a vet check before returning to England not only did Letizia arrange this she came with me to help and translate. It is a very special place and we feel very privileged to have stayed there.
