Summary: Great location, bedroom, kitchen, view, set up inside, hot tub(!), access. . . Host was great, very easy to communicate with and easy to get a hold of. We stayed with a 4 year old in the living room and it was nice to have a door between us, unlike a hotel. Would definitely recommend to others and would come back.

Summary: I absolutely recommend this place! I stayed in Redding for a conference. The place was so cute. The only thing was that I was cold the whole time due to the heat being broken. That’s not their fault but was super thankful for extra blankets and The small space heater and the bed was super comfy! The hot tub was a dream and the view amazing! I did have to wait to get into the place as the cleaning lady came late but she went fast and the place was really clean. It was perfect for just me and had everything I needed

Summary: We had an wonderful stay! Checking in was easy and communication with the host was excellent! The best part of our stay was the incredible view! Waking up to sunrises over the mountains was so dreamy. The location was close to everything you could need. This space was so cute and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again the future.

Summary: My husband and I got married in Redding so we came back this year to celebrate our 5 year anniversary with our 2 year old boy. We really enjoyed the stay, It was private, quiet, and the hot tub was a nice touch!

Summary: This is a lovely, one bedroom apartment that looks out on a pleasant backyard with view of the valley beyond.There is a couch in the living room with great light for reading and you have a view of the garden from there. The unit is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, even popcorn packages for the microwave--which we took advantage of! The bed is large and comfortable. The spa in the back was clean and the perfect temperature. Victoria, who was our local contact, was very good about communicating with us and responsive to our requests. We, unfortunately, had to contact her several times because we did not control the heating in the unit. The renters upstairs do. Long story short, we left early because this was just not working out for us. Victoria was very apologetic and she refunded us our entire stay (minus the $50 that VRBO kept). That was kind of her and she says they plan to either split the HVAC system or put in mini splits. That would make this property just perfect. It is really cute and the price is great for what you get.
