Positive: Very clean and quite comfortable atmosphere. Pool is lovely; great that a night includes this and the free Turkish bath access. Very good value at £57

Negative: Better signage regarding lifts and which ones certain rooms serve Confusion

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The à la carte dinner at the restaurant was truly magnificent. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, making for a restful night. The staff were friendly and helpful; they even arranged a cab for me to the airport at checkout, which I really appreciated. I used the spa, and loved the massage that was recommended to me by the staff member.

Negative: I did not find the pillows too comfortable, but since there were two in the room, I simply switched them and made it work. The sink was slightly clogged, which is a common issue at the hotels in general, so I’d consider it a minor inconvenience.
