Negative: The TV was not working. It was not a big deal for me that’s why I did not mention it to the hotel.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Chatto Hotel! The staff really made the stay special. From the first moment at the check in desk, we had a great impression from how welcoming and helpful the staff were. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Nice comfortable beds. Tasty traditional breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tuzla. Thanks and see you again next time!

Positive: I liked the old fashioned style of the hotel, like a Serai, with the heavy furniture and curtains the element of wood everywhere and a touch of luxury! They upgraded for free the room I had booked and I thank them for that! It was very clean. The breakfast was more than enough with a great variety to choose from! There is a safe in the wardrobe and a hairdryer! Also free toiletries in the bath! There are several restaurants with great food and cafés nearby and you can have walks, run or just rest sitting on benches near the sea. The whole staying was a great experience!

Negative: The matress was hard enough but I kind of got used to it!😊

Positive: Novelty of staying in a castle! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Also lobby cat was super sweet

Negative: Our room did have water damage after some very heavy rain. - staff were amazing and right on maintenance and moved us to another room with no fuss.

Positive: Stuff are so friendly and professional and easy check in though it was at 23:00.there is available free parking. The room decoration has its own taste and spacious, with welcome plate of fruits is a very friendly and nice approach. Location is great and breakfast was very nice. Definitely I would re-book again their during my visit to Tuzla-Istanbul.

Negative: My Room had some issues with Wifi but my colleague in other room said the wi fi is working very well. I believe if I mentioned this to stuff, they would provide a solution but considering that my stay was for 1 night, I don't call it an issue as it didn't stop me enjoying my stay.
