Positive: Our cordial hosts met us and showed us the property features. A well-equipped kitchen, with a microwave, made full meal preparation in the house very easy. Excellent A/C units and a good washing machine (with instructions in English) compete the whole house experience. The WiFi was excellent and fast. An interesting hill side area of single-family homes on 1+acre properties. Beautiful between Perugia and Largo Trasimeno with many lovely villages to visit.

Summary: Great house, good heating-cooling, WiFi, gracious hosts and an interesting area.

Positive: Really lovely property, good location, very quiet and relaxing. Property owners were very welcoming, helpful and checked out how we were getting on without being intrusive. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would not hesitate booking again.

Negative: Nothing, all was exceptional, couldn't recommend it enough.

Positive: I really loved the hosts Manuel and Silvio - thank you for such a warm welcome! The house is amazing, it is not smth built for rental purposes, it is a real family home & we felt it in every corner - could easily imagine to be living there. The views from huge windows in the morning, big garden very well equipped to enjoy the breakfast or any other stay outside, very calm & relaxed location, kitchen had everything you need, very spacious and clean home. Just loved it and would go back any time!

Negative: Our stay was too short to enjoy it all! :)

Positive: Everything was the way we wished. The house has everything that you need. It was perfectly clean, spacey and comfortable. There is a lot of equipment for outside activities and a lot possibilities to relax inside and outside. The hosts are extremely friendly. We have been travelling a lot and we have meet a lot of friendly hosts, but SIlvio & Manuel were the most friendly so far. We hope that we will have a chance to return back once in the future.

Positive: Beautiful house in a quiet location which has easy access to main road. The house is pretty sizeable with garden and it's nice to be able to have a little walk with a nice view in the morning. Hosts were very helpful and kind. One of the best accommodations we've been to.

Negative: If possible, o Trash bin in the house o The street leading into the house is small and not well lit. Not under their control and I'd still happily go back though
