Beautiful Mediterranean style villa just a few meters from Marenyet beach with garden. Spacious living room of over 40 m2 and high ceilings with wooden beams, fireplace and exit to 2 terraces, a very large east facing, cool and airy in summer and another southwest facing to use the sun in winter. On the first floor is the living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a double room and an anteroom that can be used by a child. These upper rooms have large windows with sea views.
There is air conditioning and a fireplace in the living room.
The house is located in a private entrance street with direct access to a very quiet beach, with little depth, so ideal for families with children. In summer there is a surf school. Nearby there are more beaches and a very famous bay with beautiful natural dunes.

Summary: We had a great vacation at this lovely home in Cullera. Owner’s were easy to communicate with and the check in process was easy. The house is lovely, the bathrooms have been redone and the kitchen has everything you need to make nice meals. The beach is an easy walk down a quiet lane. Both beaches are lovely, one beach great for little kids, the other great for kids to jump in the waves. We would definitely recommend and hope to go back!

Summary: I had great communication with the property owner from beginning to end. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Very nice remodeled bath. Just steps to the beach. Perfect for large families. I would rent this property again.

Summary: Pleasantly set in a quiet yet pretty vibrant neighbourhood, just one minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach, the property truly offers the sense of a dream vacation home. Charming, spatious, airy, artistically decorated with carefully selected, exquisite antique pieces of furniture, the villa vibes off the magnificent Mediterranean style. Oh, and that chimney on a cold night it’s the perfect addition to spark up the magic. Perfect location, just minutes drive from Cullera town and just over 35 minutes to Valencia, well equipped, spotless clean, beautiful views of Castillo de Cullera and the sea, lovely garden, outdoor parking + garage, in vicinity of some really good restaurants, make this property a holiday hot spot. The hosts just couldn’t be nicer. They were always just a call away, ready to deliver the best quality service and attention to their guests. Kind, Flexible, available and thoughtful, they really made our stay very special. Welcoming and wonderfully balancing the friendliness and professionalism, they provided us with outstanding service throughout our holiday. A most comfortable and enjoyable experience!
