Positive: Marco was excellent. He always responded promptly when we needed him. The location was wonderful. The view was breathtaking. I loved looking at the boats in the water in the morning. The location was close to the train station. The lobby area was little sketchy when I first got there but the apartment was great. Lots of natural light and windows! I loved that!

Negative: The beds were very hard. My friend and her son slept in the bed upstairs in the loft and she had bad hip pain. Speaking of the loft, in the description is says 2 bedrooms. It's actually 1 bedroom and a loft. Generally, this shouldn't be a problem but the Loft is overlooking the common area of the living room so whoever is sleeping in the loft has no privacy. Keep that in mind in case there is more than one couple traveling.

Positive: this is a great apartment, very clean and new, it is even better than in the photo. I would especially like to mention the owner Marco, his service is better than a 5 star hotel! I have never met a more friendly and caring owner. we did not have a knife for bread and they brought it to us in 5 minutes! Marco, thank you for the wonderful desserts and for your care!

Positive: Highly recommend! Excellent location, clean, great view, comfortable beds, good looking, and the owner was very kind.

Negative: Note the uphill location which means walking, though I found it a nice bonus and it has good connection to public transport.
