Positive: The location very clean nice staff and comfortable bed

Negative: The room was very dark with no windows apart from glass in the door which lead to the courtyard so you had to close the door curtain so people didn’t look in so there was no natural light and as it was raining we were stuck indoors which sitting in the dark all day wasn’t what we expected

Positive: Loction location and location. Thats about it!

Negative: Service service service. I was sent to the wrong room on checking in. There were already people in the room I was sent to. There was hardly any space in the room to move around. No closet/cupboard to hang things, no refrigerator, not even enough shelves. Servicing of the rooms although included, is poor. The only thing that happens is tucking in the bedding and change of towels. The room did not see a vacuum cleaner for the 5 days I was there. The rooms dont have any windows or ventilation and the air-conditioning is iffy. Can get super stuffy at night!
