Positive: We liked the property. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. We liked the parking area for our 3 vehicles. The back patio was nice. Lots of games in the closet. The walk to the beach was ok

Negative: Not enough blankets for snuggling on the couch. We didn’t have access to the cottage in the back. With our large family that would have been nice for the price we paid. I don’t understand why we didn’t have access to the cottage. Took us awhile to find the main thermostat in the house it was a little chilly.

Summary: The walk to the beach was ok. Overall ii is a nice place to stay.

Positive: It was in a great location, the house was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the French press for coffee.

Negative: Wish there was a hot tub. A little pricy.

Positive: The house was completely updated, clean and beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked.

Negative: It's in a weird location - there are nice homes like this one, but around the corner there are some low rent areas - my kids were actually freaked out walking past there.

Summary: Beautiful, immaculate home, close to beach and downtown area.

Positive: Loved the big beds, 4 bathrooms and ceiling fans. House was very quiet and so was the street. Easy walk to the beach and downtown prom area.

Negative: Not beachfront, but we knew that going in.

Summary: Exceeded our expectations and made for a wonderful time together with the family.
