Summary: The house and its location is beautiful, and the pool is fantastic, with a panoramic view to the sea. Everyone had their own rooms, and their spaces. The Wifi was excellent (for those of us who had to work). The kitchen is well equipped. It was a wonderful holiday!!

Summary: A truly special property in a perfect location. The sunset views were unparalleled and the house well supplied. Upstairs bedrooms could maybe do with a slight refresh but the downstairs was very well laid out, with lots of chill areas for larger groups and a great pool space. Thank you for hosting us, we hope to return soon!

Summary: I cant say enough good things about this house. It has so much beauty and charm. We slept under the mosquito net each night with the doors to the second floor porch open and the cool wind flowing in. There was AC and bug protection in the house, but we never needed it. The pool is perfect and there's a little shaded eating area out there that we took well to. The piano is in tune with itself and we were happy to play it. The house was really clean, even better than pictured, and everything in the house worked really well. We found our host immediately at the port and they arranged seamlessly for donkey transport for our luggage and showed us around the port to all necessary shops when we arrived. The location is perfect - its in Kamini, a small village that is a 10-15 minute walk from the port. There are 5 restaurants in the town and we actually were so happy to not be in the main port. We felt tucked away and like we had our own space. The house has such an incredible view, but not too many stairs to reach it either. I can't recommend this house enough – I cant wait to come back next year.

Summary: We arrived at the picturesque island of Hydra a week ago and overall we could not have asked for a better house to stay. We were greeted by kind and helpful people, who led us to the villa. We were acquainted with a breathtaking view - especially on sunset- overlooking Kamini's white houses coloured by the blossomed nature. We knew right from our arrival that the house would be the ideal place to relax and unwind; that is to say, both the outdoor spaces (pool area, balconies) and the inside were conducive toward that exact sentiment of relaxation. The inside of the house was diligently decorated with pieces of art and "trophies" from various trips, thus forming a house artistic, but more importantly ripe with memories, oriental elements and family (familiar) sentiments. People working for the villa were extremely helpful with suggestions regarding activities, food and entertainment. The villa is conveniently situated as far as restaurants and beaches are concerned and the Hydra's Chora was 15 minutes walking distance. Contemplating on our week-long stay at Dr. Porsch's villa, we are certain that we could not have chosen a better place to venture our need for moments of relaxation, tranquillity and great food.

Summary: The property is is Kamini which is a lovely village around 15 minutes walk (great coastal walk) to Hydra town. The house is in a fantastic location high above the small port with the most amazing sea views from almost every window. It is beautifully decorated with super facilities. This was our second visit. If there were a six star rating I would give it to this house. Natacha looks after the house and was very helpful with anything we needed to know.

Summary: This Villa is amazing and beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. You have breathtaking views from all over the house. Each room has its own balcony overlooking the water. The pool was the best part and is much bigger in person. The complete inside is just amazing and decorated very well. It really took our breath away at the beauty of this home. The outside offers multiple seating areas for amazing sunsets. I have never been to or seen a more breathtaking Villa than this one. The owner was very nice, responsive and wanted to make sure our vacation was perfect even with helping on travel arrangements. The manager of the Villa and the housekeeper were great and resourceful. The house is in the best location, with the best views and made our vacation the best one we have ever taken. Thank you!!

Summary: We went to Hydra last september and stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. We had a wonderful time , everything was just perfect from our arrival , very well organised by Natacha to our departure . We feld welcome and very special . Its located in Kaminia , small picturesc Harbor , 10 mn walk from the main port of Hydra .The Villa was even better than on the pics , full of light , very comfortable , nicely decorated (lots of beautiful art work ), with all amenities included and in perfect condition . The view from the villa and the various terraces is gorgeous , the pool is great too . We also had a cleaning lady coming every morning .and plenty of good recommandations from Natacha for restaurants , shops and bars . The sea is only few steps away and there is taxi boats to bring you everywhere if you feel too lazy to walk . The all place inspire such serenity and peace , we allmost cried when leaving ... For sure we are looking forward to go back !

Summary: If you dream of Odysseus´ view of the Peloponnes just before starting the Odyssee involunltarily ... you should take a nap in the blue deck chair in front of the pool of this incredible romantic house. Awaken you will see the shoreline, deep blue sea and even blue mountains themselves mirroring in the pool. An impression you will never forget. Hydra as an Island and the Harbour itself today is rich with a range of good restaurants and funny bars but poor in noise in hustle and bustle ... I know this place for many years ... wish I could be there again just at this moment Leander
