Summary: We were welcomed immediately. She responded quickly to a couple questions we had early in our stay. The location is so nice with grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops close by. We liked the off street parking. Since our visit was winter we didn't enjoy the Courtyard but think it is a wonderful addition for guests in warmer temperatures.

Summary: The casita was exceptional in every way and our hostess was superior. No need to look further; this property is perfect. Lovely private patio and gardens, bedroom(s) are comfy, living area is spacious and nicely decorated, and the modern kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal. The property is centrally located and a straight shot to downtown Santa Fe. This is truly a home away from home.

Summary: My friend and I spent almost every waking hour on the covered patio enjoying the shade and breeze. In the evening a flurry of hummingbird moths visited the garden flowers—magical! The shower is also a wonderful experience, so luxurious. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable—Trader Joe’s if you like to cook, as well as a wonderful green park close by where people relax under trees, eat lunch, and stroll.

Summary: Maureen is a wonderful host—thoughtful, kind, flexible with roommate arrangements, and just really helpful. The casita itself was lovely, well-equipped, and comfortable for a month-long stay for two friends. It's within a short walk to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, so we didn't need a car. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
