Positive: Exquisite hotel, very pet friendly, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The Regency Club was a great bonus. Free parking which is also rare in Thessaloniki. Large and beautiful room, excellent lounge area and restaurant, extensive beautiful garden on the hotel grounds, an amazing fitness centre. Its location outside the city made it untempting for us to venture out during our 2-night stay, which was exactly what we needed - to enjoy the hotel's amazing facilities and to relax. We had a great time here (and so did our little dog).

Negative: We were a bit underwhelmed by the spa (having a spa was one of the reasons we booked this hotel). The pool and hot tub were very nice but the water could've been warmer in the winter (especially the hot tub). The steam room was out of order and the sauna is very small, leading to queues. This is the reason for giving the hotel a 9/10 instead of 10/10. We were told the pool/spa area was undergoing renovations so maybe this will be improved in the future.

The room was very well organised, and we found it very comfortable, clean and immaculately maintained.
