Summary: Our room wasn’t ready at our check in time, when it was finally ready staff was scrambling to find a room as they often over book rooms. There is no self parking available at hotel, mandatory 50 dollar valet. Beds do Not come with comforters, so we asked for a blanket from front desk and they sent us a cotton like hospital blankets…weird. I’ve stayed in multiple hyatts including multiple countries. This one has been the only one that has disappointed us.
