Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The location is close to walking all of Savannah. Property managers was always available by text. Property is very clean and has plenty of room for entire family.

Summary: The home was great!! A few things we wish would have been better were the bedrooms. It was difficult to sleep at night due to curtains allowing the street lights to light up both bedrooms on the second floor. Bed in one of the bedrooms had a sink hole literally and was not very comfortable. Entry landing definitely needs work. Overall a good experience and a great location. We were able to walk all over Savannah without issue!! If above problems were amended would would stay again without hesitation!

Summary: The only thing that was nice about this place was the location. We have numerous complaints. The living room couch was uncomfortable the back porch was not clean,a lot of the lights were burnt out & not replaced the beds were llumpythere were gnats flying around & worst of all the dishwasher was not working. don’t believe we will stay at Pickets Place again

Summary: This is a great home to enjoy all that historic Savannah has to offer. We weren't there long enough to really experience the home, but it was wonderful in every way that we did utilize. Note that this is a historic home and therefore has stairs that aren't like currently constructed homes. If you struggle with stairs, I would not recommend. But if you are okay with stairs, the third floor ones being fairly steep, then you will love this property and its lovely street location.
