Summary: Hot tub and pool were great. Although the room was clean it didn’t have that clean room aromatic smell as other hotels. It smelled rather stuffy.other than that the service was great and staff members were friendly.

Summary: Great amenities, pool and hot tub were awesome and huge gym. Room with balcony was beautiful and bathroom was clean and updated! The only small issue was the air in our room was not working. They sent the nicest maintenance man Mike up to take care of it. They were unable to fix it so they moved us to a different room no charge of course, and also comped us for the inconvenience. I would recommend the Hyatt in New Brunswick to everyone!

Summary: Loved this hotel! Perfect location! The rooms were gorgeous, the pool and hot tub was the perfect relaxing setting, and your male bartender on this past Thursday night made the best margarita! Will def return again soon!

Summary: Room was nice, updated and spacious. Staff was amazing. We had an issue with the water temperature. The first day/night we all had cold to like warm showers. I let the hotel know and they were very responsive and said they sent an engineer up to check on it. Eventually the water did get to a comfortable temperature but we still had to let it run for 20 min.

Summary: The hotel is very large and the room was spacious and slightly updated. However, the heater did not work in our room upon arrival. It was an extremely cold day and the heat did not seem to work in the hotel much at all. The heater in our room was cold air only and we had to change rooms. They did not have an available room in the location originally requested, however, the heat was more important. The heat in the new room was slightly better, but never warm enough. I would not stay in this location in the future.
