Summary: The front desk staff were amazing. However, our experience in this hotel was disappointing. The hot tub was douced with clorine and the white foams had dirt on top- as if it hadnt been cleaned in ages. The pool did not look clean. One of the elevators wasnt working. There was a convention and every area of the hotel were unruly kids. The room had a strange configuration- couldnt sit on the sofa to eat & watch a movie. No amenities to take home. The food took over an hour and it was just okay. I was not impressed.
