Summary: Latyce, Kimberly, and Bethany, along with all of your staff, truly went above and beyond. It was the small details- some I didn’t even realize would make such a difference - that made our stay exceed our expectations. For example, at check-in, Bethany noticed that my husband is disabled and suggested finding us a room as close to the elevator as possible. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made things so much easier for him. Latyce was one of the friendliest, most outgoing bartenders I’ve ever encountered. She made us feel so welcome and added so much fun to our stay. And Kimberly went above and beyond to make not only my husband and me feel special, but also our daughter, whom we were moving into Ohio State for her freshman year. She told my daughter, “I know your parents are in Chicago. If you ever need anything, you come here and find me. I’ll be here for you.” As a parent leaving your daughter several hours away from home for the first time, I can’t adequately express how much those words meant to us. Thank you for an amazing stay and for helping turn such an emotional milestone for our family into one filled with happy memories. We will absolutely remember the kindness your staff showed us. Looking forward to coming back for parents weekend!

Summary: Great walkability to many restaurants and bars, easy to find with convenient valet. Nice bar and multiple food options in the court within the hotel. Rooms well maintained and spacious. Great place to stay if in town for an event at one of the venues

Summary: Very impressed with this hotel, probably the nicest I’ve been to in a long while. Everyone at the front desk were super nice and helpful. If I’m in Columbus again, I will be staying here!

Summary: A little noisy. We were on floor 19 thinking we wouldn't hear traffic, and heard cars all night, Door slams, etc. Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean. Ordered room service, I will say not worth it, burgers tasted like Burger king but more $$$. Over all it was ok.

Summary: The room was great. I use a wheelchair and canes for mobility. The room was very accessible. But the bathroom sink did not have and hand holds around it, and was only held on the wall by the plumbing. Anyone with mobility issues is going to need something to lean on and eventually the sink and the plumbing are going to give way. There were plenty of hand hold bars in the bathtub but it was set up by someone who doesn’t have any experience with handicap accessibility. There were lots of handholds around the bathroom, but they were not practically placed. All the amenities were very nice though.

Summary: Really nice hotel in downtown Columbus. It was clean, well kept, and updated. The staff seemed really nice and helpful. I can't speak to the amenities, as we came late, slept, and left first thing in the morning, but I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I had an issue with was the parking. I should have checked what the parking situation was like before booking. You can valet for $50, or park at a garage a ways away for $25. We left something in our car and it was a hike to get there and back to the room. Other than that we have no complaints.

Summary: If hotels handed out awards for making guests feel like VIPs, this one would be taking home the trophy. A huge shout-out to Everlyn at the front desk she deserves a raise! She greeted me with a smile, answered every question with patience, and made check-in smoother than my vacation plans. The bellman was equally fantastic. Friendly, professional. The hotel itself has wonderful amenities, was clean, comfortable, and best of all, it's close to everything, making it easy to explore. The only suggestion I'd make is the restaurant. The food had was not the best, but a little more variety on the menu would make the dining experience just as impressive as the rest of the hotel. Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding staff who truly make the difference.
