Summary: The staff was phenomenal, friendly and welcoming with a high level of hospitality and helpfulness truly made us feel good . One thing to make that 4 stars rating jump to 5 stars … is the upkeep of the room , i felt it had some old furniture and some items really didn’t belong to the place (like having a coffee table as a bed side table)

Summary: Sauna was available but needed pre booking. That was a bit inconvenient for a busy lifestyle. It would be great if it was just hot all the time and could go without a 20-30minute plan ahead.
