Summary: AIrport shuttle was there when I arrived, super close hotel. Beautiful and very clean and nice. I only stayed one night and didn't take advantage of any amenities so I can't comment there - but I assume they're just as great as other Regency hotels

Summary: Upon entering, we were told that the elevators two of the three were broken and that they would be fixed immediately we were staying till Monday and they still were not fixed so it was a hassle and we took the stairs a lot of the times as we were on the fifth floor upon entering the room. It was hotter than normal. We were informed that the AC was also broken and that they were working on it and it still was kind of muggy the whole time of our stay. We waited in line for breakfast for about 45 minutes and then left to go to the corner store and came back and it was still tremendously long. The man who greeted us was the only nice person that we had interaction with from the staff. it wasn’t a terrible stay, but it wasn’t pleasant. I would only give it two stars if I’m being honest.
