Summary: The pool area was nasty, alot of bugs and dirt at the bottom of the pool. For the amount of money no sitting area to smoke and talk . No microwave in room. And parking prices was ridiculous. Bed sheets was nasty. Staff was nice and nice area.

Summary: Check-in was a nightmare - lots of confusion with booking references between Hotels.com and Hyatt. I had six booking references for my wedding party and it was difficult to understand and reconcile. David at Merks Bar was FIVE STARS and fantastic with our group.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. Very friendly check in staff. Nice clean rooms, convenient since my meeting is at this hotel. It's a little tricky to get into the parking garage and now they charge $ 22 a night, but otherwise a great place to stay.

Summary: The staff was super nice. The Lobby is gorgeous. The elevators were always available. Our room was nice and the beds were so comfortable! Great experience!

Summary: Check in was rough due to computer problems but the room and hospitality was excellent. The prices in the mini mart are beyond gouging. You would think they'd treat customers fairly but instead they get all they can. Room was great comfortable and quiet. Bedding and towels all very clean or new. One lady at front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had coffee and a requested item. Front desk needs to conduct themselves professionally at all times. I watched a Manager chew out an employee which was embarrassing for both of us and in my opinion unnecessary.
