Summary: The staff was great, the hotel was new and clean, and the pool was clean. The location had easy access to I-15, Slap Tank Brewery (one of our favorite Utah restaurants) was across the parking lot and Cracker Barrel was a short walk away. Everything else is just a short drive back towards town. They had a nice breakfast and used real dinnerware instead of paper and plastic. Our only real complaint was the uncomfortable lumpy beds. We had four rooms and that was everyone's first comment. We also wish they had a few umbrellas by the pool. Overall, it was a good experience and would have been a great one if not for the beds.

Summary: the hotel was nice, the rooms clean and had agood size. the breakfast buffet was amazing. the Main pool was abit too cold and they only had 6 lawn chairs of which 2 were broken.

Summary: The staff were friendly and the hotel/room were clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were new and of nice quality. I loved that they have Starbucks and fresh, healthy food available in the lobby. The breakfast offerings were very good, better than most hotels. The pool was very nice and clean. The hotel is right off the freeway and close to shops and restaurants, old downtown. The only issue we had was our remote and the replacement remotes did not work, so we were not able to use the TV. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in St. George.

Summary: I love staying at Hyatt, but this particular stay was so loud. Housekeeping and some sort of renovation/construction within the hotel made it so loud, all night. Disappointed in the thin walls and we were on the 5th/top floor.
