Summary: The rooms were good but there is currently not a bar, restaurant or Starbucks like advertised. The breakfast was awful! Rooms were as expected.

Summary: There was only 1 working elevator and it was the slowest one I’ve ever used. We had no hot water in our room. And there was a women hanging out in the lobby telling us that she hoped to get hired there for the front desk and then she was brought to a family members room and the front desk worker stated that she was in training yet she wasn’t even hired.

Summary: Got this hotel thinking it was one of the nicer ones and it wasn’t terrible but definitely could have been cleaner/ more token care of for the price per night.

Summary: TV kept freezing/dropping signal at night, which is not great when you have a toddler who is wanting to watch TV. There were some ants in the bathroom. Bed/pillows were in good, comfortable condition. If not for the TV issues, this would have been a perfect stay.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and they had a very nice breakfast in the morning from 7-9 I believe was the times you could enjoy a free breakfast.

Summary: Our trip and stay at the Hyatt Place cool springs was nice and pleasant. the room was clean. the showers had great water pressure and the water temperature reached a nice and hot degree. The air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was provided daily and had a good variety of things to choose from. The 1st morning i got some Skim milk that was spoiled let the associate know abd they swapped that jug out immediately. most likely i was the first to have some as the pitcher it was in was full. The only other thing that we were upset about was the pool was down both the saturday and Sunday that we stayed. that made for some unhappy kids' but nothing we could do about it. they hotel is located close to several different restaurants and shopping areas. it is conveniently close to I 65 and only about a 20 to 25 minute ride to Nashville proper.
