Summary: The pool was very dirty. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a while due to the algae frowning on the walls. The pillows are very uncomfortable. They go flat. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The light fixture above the sink was broken. Very disappointing.

Summary: Room was comfortable and spacious. We were not cramped with 3 adults 2 kids. Breakfast was hot and tasty for a Hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable, I just wish they would provide extra pillows and comforters in the closet. Especially for the Couch sleeper person. Sheets were in the closet. Each bed needs 4 pillows.

Summary: Check-in was quick and our room at first glance was clean. Unfortunately, there had been a prior leak that was patched but left a stain on the ceiling. It didn’t bother us enough to require a room change, but it definitely needed to be addressed. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! Breakfast was good. Better than your typical continental breakfast. The breakfast area was slightly warm.

Summary: Checking in and out was seamless- however the “in-between” was extremely annoying . I stayed 3 days and asked for service each day and didn’t get any service in my room- the blonde guy at the front desk was rude. Housekeepers are nice, but it’s like pulling teeth just to get towels or toilet paper! All employees are just awaiting their time to get off work and aren’t interested in helping anyone.
