Summary: The hotel is in need of some serious upgrades. The hotel has an unpleasant odor which is probably from the old carpet. The gym was small and extremely hot. The gym equipment needs to be upgraded. As far as the rooms again, an odor! No microwave in the room, which is very inconvenient for a 4 night stay. The let out couch was stained and the sheets on the bed were stained. Some of the towels were also stained. The shower head was terrible! Although you could adjust the shower head every setting sucked. The ice machine was not working. I wish I could have cancelled and booked at home2suites next door which looked more modern and up to date! If you want something more modern don’t stay here. I was beyond happy to check out.

Summary: We had a little mix up about the pu from the airport but the staff made up for it when we arrived. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially a young boy by the name of Makea (spelling) he was amazing, and to be young and so so nice warmed my heart! He definitely needs a raise!!! Lol If you are there without a vehicle they will shuttle you to and from within a 3 mile radius free of charge!!

Summary: Traveling home from a weeks vacation in Clearwater. Just stayed one night. Love Hyatt Place Hotels. Have been a rewards member for years. Nice stay over all. The carpet was damp/wet around the A/C unit. Other than that, no complaints. would stay again.

Summary: Awesome stay was booked for 2 nights only got to stay one night due to flight delays!! Only one staff member difficult at front desk. My husband started talking abd she listened. Folks that drove the shuttle were top notch!
