Summary: We had an amazing time in Glandale! It’s super convenient, right next to the big shopping area where you can do all your shopping and dining in one place. Just a heads up, though - the parking garage next door is a bit pricey. You can find cheaper parking options run by the city at Orange st, which is only $9 a day compared to $38 a day.

Summary: Housekeeping comes every other day, but I had a seven day stay with housekeeping twice. I guess there was a mistake in schedule. But after I informed the front desk, housekeeping showed up the next day. I believe you have an eco-friendly environment, but it would be nice if you provided a separate recycle container in each room. The waste can fills up really fast since when you only empty every other day.

Summary: The location was great for visiting Universal Studios, and it was handy having a shopping mall within walking distance. Everything inside the hotel was well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately it gets noisy at night, and even up on the 6th floor we could hear the cars and sirens. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, but the coffee was weak. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable for me, but in fairness I struggle to find comfortable pillows. I don't like the fixed shower head, and the spray wasn't as strong as I like, but I've had worse. Having said all that, for the price and the location, we would probably stay there again.
