Summary: Pros: - Staff was friendly - Lobby was clean Cons: - Room was not ready when we arrived. I received an email about an hour later telling me we could check-in. Not a big deal, but somewhat annoying as we were expecting to freshen up after our drive. - The room smelled terrible, like someone had just run a carpet cleaner over urine. - Found food crumbs around the room and hair on the beds. - Parts of the ceiling were flaking off and part of the wall had come away. - The pool was dirty and murky. The water was FREEZING (yes, caps are necessary) Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, especially at $280 a night.

Summary: First things first, check in was delayed. I understand it was after 10pm however, still, be prompted. We just drove 7hours. No directions how to get to the room were offered. We attempted to call the agent back by pushing the designated call button at the front desk, but no one ever came back. We had to figure it out on our own. The lobby is gross, floors disgusting and overall seemed a little dirty. Our room was okay- the mattress gave a nice sleep. However, not enough attention to detail cleaning. Razor shields were left in the shower and some hair around the tub. I also don't apprecaite not having a bedbug protector on the mattress. The carpet throughout the room was full of huge stains. Ice machine didn't work.

Summary: We are regulars at this hotel. Never had an issue. Nothing but good things. But this trip was different. It was obvious the hotel is under new management. Guests/kids were permitted to run around and be loud all night. The only working elevator reeked of pot. They never had enough towels for the pool or rooms. The breakfast host is rude. They dont have enough dishes for the breakfast. The place was dirtier than usual. We asked house keeping to refresh the room while we were out all day, they only brought new towels in. Swimming pool looked murkey. Nothing about this stay was up to the hotel's usual standards

Summary: Checked in the lady was so nice but she had bad news, the room i rented 2 beds and a couch was unavailable to people who rented from 3 party ( hotelscom) she said if i had rented thur them it would have been available, sorry about that they said a full refund or 1 bed and couch, had no choice but to take it, 4 adults, shower was awesome, breakfast was terrible cold food 2 days in a row and always out of food , no microwave but did have a fridge, kind of loud bringing by the interstate, would i stay here again. No was not worth it, this was my 1st time staying in this brand hotel and my last.

Summary: Everything was great. Good location for visiting Kings Island. Slept well, breakfast options were good. We stayed 2 nights and breakfast had something a little different each morning. The computer and printer available in the lobby also saved me! No complaints here.

Summary: It all started when we arrived and the room we reserved was not available. We reserved a king size bed but they only had queen size available. Then they said that the restaurant at the hotel opens at 5p. When we arrived at 5:19p the receptionist said excuse me the restaurant doesn't open till 5p and then he looked at the clock seeing that it was actually passed 5p and said oh it is 5p, well you just going to have to wait because I am the only one working and he breathed deeply with an attitude and said what do you want? I said a hamburger, he said I think we got some in today, but I will have to check. I said never mind I will go somewhere else, and he said no I will for you, I said no thank you, I will just go somewhere else. Then I said let's go swimming, when I went to the pool there was a sign that said temporarily closed..smh
