Summary: When we arrived, our room(two queen bed w/sitting area) that was booked was no longer available so they told us they gave us an upgraded route. When they open the door to the room, it had one queen bed. After a trip to the desk, Telling them this just wasn't gonna work amazingly figured out that they did have the room. What a joke for over $200 a rip off

Summary: After my son and I checked out I realized I had left my earrings and ring in the room. I went back to the property and the lady in charge of housekeeping let me back in my room and was searching with me. My son realized that he had grabbed something off the dresser and my jewelry went flying. The employee was on her hands and knees searching with me. She called the maintenance guy and he even moved the furniture. They told me I could look as long as I wanted. We found my earrings but no luck on my ring. Shortly after I left I received a phone call that they had found my ring. I’m so impressed with their customer service and the kindness they showed. I wish I remembered the ladies name that helped me because she was great! I can’t thank her enough!

Summary: Overall good. Carpet was dirty and left your feet dirty walking back and forth between bathroom and bed.

Summary: LOVE the neighborhood and the excellent coffee shop and Italian restaurant just around the corner. Cute shops and a CVS in walking distant. Very pedestrian friendly. Bed was a little too soft and unstructured for my comfort.

Summary: The room looked nice upon arrival. Spaciousness The couch had stains. The AC unit was nosey and an occasional smell came across the room. Horrendous smell for a few mins then went away .3 times that i noticed. Like feces.

Summary: First, I paid for a Double Queen and got a King room. We made it work and it did not inconvenience our family. There was a pull out couch, which we just slept on the couch. There was an additional pillow and sheet, but no blanket. I am certain we could have gotten one if it was needed. Our problem was the noise from the street being on a corner room. They have 3 large rooms. So if you are looking for quiet room ask for a room in the middle of the hotel. Great stay otherwise

Summary: This hotel is in a great location with so many restaurants in the area. The hotel was very clean from the lobby, hallways and the room. Will definitely be booking another stay at that location!
