Positive: Room was clean, cozy, and had everything you'd need. Appreciated that it had free covered parking. Breakfast was simple but there was no shortage as they kept refilling the serving trays. Would definitely stay here if I visit the area again.

Negative: Only complaint was the timer on the hot tub. We tried it several times so I'm not sure if we were doing it incorrectly or if the timer was broken, but it would turn off after 5 mins even though we were trying for 15 mins.

Positive: We really like this hotel in terms of convenient location, easy decent breakfast, free parking, and excellent staff.

Negative: This particular visit we were in a disability room. One of the bedside lights didn’t work (and since I discovered this right before bed after checking in late, it was too late for us to call that night). We informed the staff the next morning and they were on top of it—but since we only stayed one night, it wasn’t great for us. The accommodation for the walk-in disability shower made the whole floor wet, and since we weren’t disabled, it wasn’t worth it to us. Next time, we would ask for a nondisability room.
