Positive: The staff was really nice, ended up having to switch rooms because the initial room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke so back i couldn't stand to be in there more than 3 minutes. They did the switch pretty promptly and I appreciate that very much. Breakfast was also not bad, your typical breakfast buffet.

Negative: Basically the rooms (we were in 2) all smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room and supposedly the grounds are supposed to be non-smoking but honestly just saw at least one person smoking on property anytime were outside of the room. We had to move rooms from the initial room they gave us because the smell was so strong. The 2nd room we eventually stayed at still smelled of cigarette smoke but was not as bad as the first one. The bed was also quite hard and pillows wayy too soft. Had to ask for a bunch of extra pillows just to get some head support. Also pool was closed...didn't realize they close after labor day. I don't know if this information is posted somewhere on their website [I didn't check] but I was actually kind of looking forward to checking out the pool.

Summary: All in all, will probably never come back to this specific hotel or maybe even any Hyatt house.

Positive: The suite worked well for 2 families to stay together. Having a larger fridge was helpful for our needs.

Negative: Breakfast could be served earlier, maybe 7AM. The outside stairs and walkways were not clean- a hairnet, cotton ball, trash and the leftovers of a marajuana joint right outside my door. The inside was a little musty but didn’t cause an allergy attack.

Summary: Worked well for our needs. Just needed a place to sleep with a fridge!

Positive: The check out lady was exceptional - she also was assisting the breakfast employee by cleaning up the mess other guests left. She was so kind to my grandson and it really made an impression on him. (I am sorry I forgot her name)

Negative: The man I checked in with needs to get a better personality. The checkout person could definitely provided lessons.

Summary: Great place for large family to stay.
