Positive: Lovely location, property and room.

Negative: Brewed coffee not drinkable. Breakfast wasn't tasty: bagels were nasty and pineapple wasn't ripe. Eggs were nice, though.

Summary: Loved the place. Will come back but eat breakfast elsewhere!

Positive: I was very satisfied with the breakfast. Fresh juices available as well as variety of fresh fruit and yoghurt. The scrambled eggs and crisp bacon were on a hot plate which I could help myself. There was plenty to eat. Coffee also available either from a caffetiere or Keurig dispenser. The muffins of different flavours were also good and moist.

Summary: I felt completely at home. Every amenity was available. The staff lady was most helpful.

Positive: Attractively decorated, comfortable, historic inn. First floor Sitting Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, all very impressive. Twenty-four hour Kuerig coffee and snacks are available in the kitchen.

Negative: Even though the bathroom in the Bird Room was nicely updated, there were white splatters on the wall by the sink, and the baseboards were quite dirty. From the website, the impression was that on the weekends there would be various freshly prepared choices for breakfast, however what was served were pre-prepared cold eggs and bacon. There was a pot of coffee, bagels, cream cheese, white toast etc.

Summary: We mostly enjoyed our stay at the Lily Inn, but would probably not go back there again.

Negative: Upon check, our room was double booked which caused tremendous confusion between ourselves and the guest who was already in the room we choose. We couldn’t be accommodated for an early check in as we knew that would be better since we were attending a function. Accidentally left a Medical device behind but the inkeeper never called us let us know, we had to call her. If she had called us, we could have either retrieved it ourselves as we didn’t leave the area until two hours later! Luckily our son was able to retrieve it and send it to us for fast delivery. The innkeeper was nice but seemed to not know how to manage well. We are not sure which room we paid for either.

Summary: The Inn is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The innkeeper was apologetic

Positive: The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the place is maintained beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: We didn't like how high the beds were. It also didn't seem the safest to sleep to far off the ground.

Summary: This is a gem on a beautiful street with great shops and restaurants. Would recommend!

Positive: The Inn was absolutely beautiful! Candace and Devin were such gracious hosts, it was a wonderful stay. No complaints whatsoever. The property, the town, the parking, the breakfast all of it was above and beyond!

Positive: Very cozy B&B with charming antique furnishings but nicely renovated bathrooms & kitchen. Our four-poster queen bed was super comfortable too. Candace was our wonderful host & prepared a tasty breakfast with made-to-order eggs!

Negative: The gas fireplace seemed like it would be a lovely feature, but after wrestling with it for a long time to get it to work, the result was underwhelming (basically just like having a propane stove turned up high) -- luckily the rooms are charming enough without it!

Summary: Lovely stay at a cozy spot in a historical part of town!
