Summary: We stayed 1 night with family and it was nice without any problem.Only Parking chanrge is $42/night and this was extra. Hotel should check if they can include that with stay and not extra on top of hotel tariff.

Summary: We couldn’t access our room for 1-1/2 hours because the fire alarm system prevented the elevators from working. We had to stay in the lobby. However, we were given a complimentary drink from the bar.

Summary: Overall the stay went well. It was only one night. The pool is very tiny. Seems like a kiddie pool, the guy at the front desk said that’s how most hotel pools in Charlotte are. I wasn’t expecting to pay an extra $45 for parking. It’s basically the only option they have. But the Valet guys were nice and always on time.

Summary: I was surprised this hotel had received so many excellent reviews. I thought it was a little bit rundown from wear and tear. The bar was only open Friday night. It was closed for the rest of this day. Breakfast was OK. Coffee was hot. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the carpet had not been vacuumed well. the bathrooms needed a better scrubbing. The price was reasonable. The location was good. Parking is very expensive at the hotel and also in the lot, but we felt safe and the area was walkable.

Summary: I was very pleased with this visit. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We only stayed for one night but it was very peaceful.

Summary: They did have a bar and some food but it was not open all of the time which was disappointing. Room was comfortable but only cleaned once or twice in 7 days. We had a hard time getting towels out having the trash emptied. Breakfast was great!

Summary: No safe in the room. Staff had no key for safe deposit box. Staff had little, or no knowledge of the surrounding area for sightseeing. Breakfast was fine.

Summary: Greetings. Everyone from the valet, front desk, breakfast team and housekeeping staff were courteous, friendly, professional and always eager to assist. Truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. Special thanks to Esther from the Breakfast team for special attention to all our Breakfast needs. Rooms were comfortable and nice.
