Negative: The lady at the reception Ms Harshita was rude and had a very callous attitude . I was standing with 3 bags in my hands and she didn’t care to call a remember to help me with. Refused any eye contact and was rude while asking for ID proof.

Positive: Everything right from the breakfast, dinner, the room, the hospitality from Aditya and Nakul at the reception, the chef and Harish in the restaurant who took great care in preparing our meals and serving with warmth and love. The house keeping staff were exceptional. All in all we will never forget our stay at this beautiful hotel in Chandigarh.

Negative: Everything was just outstanding. No complaints whatsoever.

Positive: Pros: 1. This property location is really good and in peaceful area with close proximity to nature experience in the city 2. Hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and would make extra effort within their scope in order to elevate the guests experience We would particularly appreciate Mr Harish at their Corby restaurant. He is the go to person even during the chaos that happens during long weekend breakfasts & dinners. He is genuinely the person who ensured we had a great breakfast & dinner experience at the hotel else our family stay would have been really bad.

Negative: Cons: 1. Be ready & prepared to fight your way to get your room with clear window views. By default hotel provides rooms with big windows that are blocked by bricks. It’s Absolutely Horrible. 2. Their room ACs would stop working at midnight or at 1am with no reason and you need to runout for help. Make sure you call out and scream out crazily asking for help in order to get it fixed 3. Extremely poor breakfast & dinner buffet spread if you are having it more than once
