Positive: Lovely spacious room within a family home that is conveniently located just a short walk from the town centre with the bonus of parking. A comfortable bed and high quality duvet and pillows made for a good night sleep and lots of thoughtful touches that made the space very homely. There was even a basket of toiletries including all the essentials. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and we were offered a complimentary cooked breakfast which was delicious.
Negative: The room felt rather cluttered due to the amount of furniture. There were lots of ornaments, linens and things on shelves in the room which limited space to put our things and judging by dust made cleaning more challenging too. A sign on the fence by the road would have made the property easier to find.
Summary: Welcoming hosts and a good nights sleep in a great location

Positive: I booked late and was delayed until the early hours. They were fantastic, no problem. The room was nice, powerful hot shower and the bed was very comfortable. Thists were very friendly and breakfast was good quality.

Positive: Very near to the shopping centre, very good just to walk into, plus the parking.
Negative: Far too much random furniture in the room, over loaded with bits that weren’t needed. If you sat on the couch, you couldn’t see the TV, due to the dining table in front. All the doors either in the wardrobes and shower opened the wrong way, even in the bathroom, to get into the shower, you had to either move or move the laundry bin. !!! Should there not be a smoke alarm in the room, and is the bedroom door up to the fire standards. Sorry having worked for a council, these are things l need to know. We were also woken up the two nights that we stayed, by s neighbours dog, especially on the last night three tines,by this same yapping dog.
Summary: Very nice stay, the hosts were very good. When we are rrived we had a great cup of coffee.

Negative: Perhaps a little more space to put small personal possessions out on the side in our room.
