Welcome to the NPS Lodge!
The Lodge is a two story farm house in South West North Dakota with an abundance peace and quiet; the nearest neighbor is a mile away. The farm house has been remodeled from top to bottom. We have sleeping accommodations for six; with two full size beds and six twin beds available. The NPS Lodge is perfect for pheasant, deer and antelope hunters . There are good boating /fishing lakes a short drive away. The accommodations are great for groups, like family vacations or family reunions. Bucyrus is 4.9 miles North; Hettinger is 8 miles; Dickinson is a 1 hour drive and Rapid City and Sturgis, SD is 3.5 hours. Hettinger has a regional airport and Dickinson has commercial airline service.

Summary: Just finished our third stay -- one week for each of the past three summers. Very comfortable and clean house that is well stocked with appliances, supplies, etc. and the hosts go out of their way to help you have a great trip. It's also a beautiful setting on the prairies.

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay to explore North and South Dakota. Our group had a great time. We really enjoyed being out away from town and having such a nicely appointed place to call home for a week. We would stay again for sure!

Summary: This property is amazing. The house had everything we could’ve wanted, and more. Amazing views. Plenty of room for six of us for a week. Bird lovers paradise. Night sky is breathtaking. If we’re every traveling within 100 miles of this place, we would happily go out of our way to star here again. All the other 5 star reviews are completely accurate!

Summary: What a Great place to stay! Nice older farm place with many updates. Nice new flooring through-out, very nice updated bathroom and shower, tons of refrigerator space. Very nice cozy place. Tons of beds. We will definitely stay here again!!! A++
