Welcome to the Hummingbird Paradise in Poconos - our beautiful home and estate. Completely refurbished from top to bottom, the house has 3 bedrooms , bonus room/ office with an option to sleep (2 twin beds) and 3 bathrooms. It is a lovely open space where your family and friends can get together, enjoy each other's company and create wonderful new, eternal memories.
The house is very comfortable, cozy, spacious and clean with an area 2300 sq ft.
3 bedrooms- second floor, 1 bonus room - first floor 3 full bathrooms. There are two bathrooms on second floor one on first floor.
The MAIN FLOOR is an open concept:
-large living room (65"smart TV,DVD)
-bonus room- 2 twin -size beds
-full bathroom ( shower)
-dinning room with the large dining table for the whole family
-kitchen- with an island-3/4 stools
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, two electric ovens +induction stove. In addition, an electric kettle, teapot, waffle iron, and pots and pans are there for your use.
The game room has a pool table for adults , table football .There is arcade game . Here you can also relax in a brand new 2 person infrared sauna or simply watch Tv (50" smart TV). For your comfort, you will find an additional 2 sofas .
The two staircases lead you from the main to the second floor.
The second floor;
3 bedrooms
-Master bedroom - 1 king size bed, 1 twin size bed, (43"smartTv), and private bathroom with shower
-second bedroom - 2 queen size beds
- third bedroom - 1 queen size bed, 1 twin size bed and crib.
All beds have white cotton sheets
Laundry room (washing liquid and iron).
We installed a split system in two rooms - the master bedroom and the game room. The rest of the rooms have air conditioning units in the windows. In addition , electric baseboard heat the entire home, and each room has individual heat temperature control.
The kitchen has also lead you onto a wonderful patio, where you can enjoy nature's peace, listen to the sounds of trees, and singing of the birds.
Here, you will find a fireplace with an attached wood-burning grill, 6 person hot tub with 54 jets spa ,a natural gas barbecue grill, and a playground for children.
Our beautiful garden is a shelter for hummingbirds. They visit, drink, and put on a stunning show for everyone to enjoy.
Fun # 1 - The property is directly next door to the Big Pocono State Park.
Fun # 2 - Our drinking water is of high quality. It comes from deep- sea springs and is absolutely delicious.

Summary: This was the perfect home for our sibling reunion. The home is so beautifully decorated, cozy & immaculate, well stocked with every appliance you can think of, & plenty of perks. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, & game room every night. We enjoyed daily adventures to multiple venues including Bushkill Falls, Mountain View Vineyard, Big Pocono State Park, a little gem for lunch called Sweet Cream Cafe, & the Premium Outlets. Gabel’s ice cream had to be the best way to end the week. Between the breathtaking mountain views & the sibling bonding time, it was the perfect getaway. Thank you to Kryzstof & Dorota for thinking of everything!

Summary: This property was wonderful. The house was pristine and very nicely decorated. The amenities were fantastic. Honestly, one night wasnt even enough to enjoy the whole house. Hot tub was great. And owners provide full kitchen and all you can think of. Truly great house. Would rent again and owners were very responsive

Summary: There is a lot of attention to detail in their home. All of the bathrooms were custom tiled and much care was taken in the colors and textures. The kitchen had every utensil or tool we needed, and even a first aid kit, which we unfortunately needed to use a band aid from. There were plenty of blankets and tons of towels for our frequent hot tub dips. It felt like they had lived in there and thoughtfully renovated to make life easier, versus other houses we've stayed at that have a flipped feeling. Very beautiful and relaxing home.The retro arcade in the game room was a hit and was very nostalgic for my wife and I. There was so much to do in the house, we ended up not even using the sauna or pool table, both of which we were looking forward to playing.The house is conveniently located, only 12 minutes to most of the restaurants in Tannersville with plenty of hiking trails less than 20 minutes away. Though many of the roads in the area have not been taken care of and are rough.

Summary: Not only is this property extremely well maintained and beautifully decorated, there were so many unexpected touches!! We had the absolute best time. The beds were so comfortable, the seating areas were all perfect for games or lounging, and we had everything we could have needed! It was quiet and cozy but still close to everything we wanted to do! Highly recommend!! I hope to come back soon!

Summary: The house was not only spotless upon arrival, but the amenities throughout the house and property were clearly well thought out. We have two young children (1 and 4) and the house was equipped with everything needed to keep them safe, happy and entertained. The sauna, game room and hot tub were also great amenities for the adults. The layout of the first floor was open floorpan, so I was always able to have a pulse on where my children were playing, but it was closed off in the right areas to feel cozy and have a slide divide between the living areas. The homeowners were always prompt to respond to my email inquiries.HIGHLY recommend!
