Our huge 825 square-foot guest suite comes equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a couch which converts into one additional bed if requested ($15 fee), an office area, small table with two chairs, lounge area, and a huge bathroom with a shower and a separate jet soaking tub. There is a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. There is no access to a kitchen. There is a huge front porch with the seating which is the perfect area to watch our beautiful sunsets or to listen to the birds while you sip on your morning coffee. We are located just outside town and the view is of agricultural land. We are within a minutes drive to Freeway 99 access, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Only 5 minutes from the San Joaquin River and The Island Water Park, 15 minutes to the Fresno Zoo (it’s really awesome), 30 minutes to Millerton Lake, 1 hour to Shaver Lake, 1.5 hours to China Peak/Huntington Lake, 1 hour drive to Yosemite entrance. We have tons of great restaurants too!

Summary: The room is beautiful and everything was super comfortable. The streaming platforms for watching tv shows and movies was great, and the fridge/freezer is the perfect size for a few nights stay. The only 2 things i did not personally care for was the coffee (very bitter) and the fact we could hear the home owners since their home is on the other side of the door. We were paranoid about holding certain conversations and making noise. They really are that close. All in all, it was a great stay. I absolutely loved the bed and pillows. A good night's sleep is vital when traveling out of town. Thank you!
