Positive: It is very worth it with the price given, friendly staff. Help and responses were in a timely manner when we needed it. I didn't see wifi written in the facility, but yes, there was wifi given to the guests! The location is near to Hong Qiao Airport and it is very convenient for me to reach or leave the hotel with luggage to the airport. There were small gifts for my kids, making it a surprise and a plus points!

Negative: 10 mins walk to metro station, but a good exercise though, or can choose to take a car for transportation

Positive: I was planning on staying for 2 days in this hotel with my daughter and friends but thanks to the service and home-like environment I had to extend my stay. This is by far the best hotel experience I've ever had, the room was clean and spacious and it was cleaned and checked on daily, refilling all the basic necessities. The staff was the best part of this entire experience, they were super helpful despite the language barrier, they took their own time translating, communicating and trying their best to give their all and my words cannot express my appreciation and gratitude towards them. They helped us in multiple ways which they didn't need to do, I genuinely recommend this hotel especially to tourists like me. Considering that our folks were all females we didn't feel scared at all instead we were comforted and reassured with the friendliest staff. Will definitely come back the next time I am in China and a special thanks to the staff members for all their dedication towards in helping us especially the young staff members.
