Positive: the close proximity to the beach and the service of the manager who gave us a free dinner when we were stuck for options for food in the area.

Negative: hot springs was not heated enough as the temperatures stated at each pool. Furniture in the rooms looked a bit scratched and outdated in tower 3. Hotel had one dining area for all five towers. Highly recommend separate dining rooms for towers.

Summary: A lovely hotel for families with close proximity to a beach with waves. If you are not fond of crowds, I do not recommen

Positive: Pools and environment are quite ok. good view.

Negative: Staff do not speak English even though the hotel is supposed to be foreign. Wrong room provided to us when we checked in. On 2nd day, the cleaner entered the room even if it said DO NOT DISTURB, cleaned the room (not clean enough) and lost my contact lens case.. our room had a broken light and shower head was not working. not too much choice of food in the hotel.

Positive: Check in was quick. The hotel upgraded our room and gave my son a fluffy toy because it was his birthday. A birthday cake was delivered to our room the next day which was a huge surprise. The Hotel manager, Rajan is very hospitable.He gave us two cans of cookies on our way out and ensured we were comfortable. We enjoyed the water slides, the pool near the slides and the infinity pool. The beach floor is clean and has water sports.

Negative: The firecrackers on the beach start around 8:00 pm up until midnight which is a long time and can disturb your sleep. I suggest a period of 30 minutes is enough for the fire cracking display. It is beautiful and I reckon it will be more enjoyable if it doesn't last that long. Room cleanliness can be improved.

Positive: Laying in the hot tub on the balcony as you look at the sunset over the beach is one of life's ultimate pleasures. Breakfast is very good, but get there early. The hot springs are fabulous, but only open in the cooler months.

Negative: I wish the hot springs were open in May.
