Summary: The rooms were clean but outdated- headboard and carpet worn. The air conditioner worked fine. There were a variety of breakfast items and the staff were very friendly. Overall, the stay was fine, it included shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The location was perfect- walking distance to restaurants and shopping centers.

Summary: Room upgrades were done poorly. It’s like they didn’t want to hire quality painters or HVAC company. I was nervous about it being along the freeway but you really don’t hear it from inside the room. Complimentary breakfast was good & the check in ahead of time made it very convenient upon arrival.

Summary: The staff was all very friendly but the hotel itself didnt match the description. The ac didn't work and the window didn't close very well, the pictures showed a tub in the bathroom and it wasn't so it was very inconvenient for my kid. The shuttles didn't arrive at the designated time.

Summary: The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were super kind and really helpful, but everything else about the hotel was awful. It was just not clean at all. The biggest problem I had was finding small hairs in the bathroom towels. I tried to tell myself it was fine and maybe just a mistake, but then it happened again with a new set of “clean” towels. It honestly grossed me out. The pictures online made the place look so much nicer than it actually was. In person, it was disappointing and felt dirty. I really appreciated how nice the staff was, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
