Summary: It is hard to rate because the host was not available and canceled on us when we contacted them for check in. This left us in a situation in late afternoon scrambling to find another rental. Very disappointing. Host did refund us right away.

Summary: We arrived in March and it was a bit cold in the house, but we opened all windows to let the sun in and the many heaters in every room heat up the house very fast. Inside you have everything you need. We were a family with two kids (3+5) and we felt very comfortable. The kids slept in the bedroom, because the stairs to the upper beds were to difficult for our little one. Everything is brand new and look very well designed with many nice details. In the kitchen we had a electrical oven, a big cooking place with gas, a big fridge with freezer, a washing machine and a toaster. Dishwasher is not there, but every stuff for cleaning is here too. The house has the perfect size for four people, more would be too much in my opinion. A big terrace is around the house, made of beautiful stones. Many chairs and a table for outside and volleyballs are in a shed next to the house. If you are searching for nature and lonlyness and quietness, then it's just perfect. Restaurants and shops you have to drive a while to Porto Torres. A very small shop with great bakery stuff is in Pozzo san Nicola 5km away. Stony and sandy small beaches are 2km away or by car to caribbean Stintino. Internet is ok for the location, you have to order it short before your arrival or when you arrive. It takes only a short time until Filippo activates it. Many many thanks going to Monica. She was our service person, showed anything and were there for us around the clock by WhatsApp. She was really nice, picked us up by car and led us to the Villagio Nurra. We had a very warm welcome and a big basket with Sardinian food in our house. We would come here again, it was a really great stay. Many thanks again to Filippo and Monica!
