The rooms are all upstairs, but an arrangement is possible for people with reduced mobility.
The house has a bathroom and a shower room upstairs, a shower room on the ground floor and 3 toilets all separate bathrooms.
It also has a large kitchen where you can have lunch with family or friends, a lounge with TV corner and a games room where you can play pool or relax playing board games.
You will also have at your disposal a private indoor pool in the heated house overlooking a south-facing terrace that will offer a breathtaking view of Angers and its surroundings. Summary: We had a great holiday at this lovely property. With its large grounds and fine views we were provided a fun, very comfortable and quiet countryside situation from which to explore the area. The only aspect we found of any concern was that the tiles around the pool become dangerously slippery when wet so the utmost care is required traversing this area.

Summary: The property was lovely however the pool floor was extremely dangerous when it became wet and was unsuitable for children. The stairs were also very dangerous and my Son fell on them hurting himself.

Summary: We had a lovely, peaceful week here. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are comfy with good quality bedding and everywhere immaculately clean. The pool was wonderful and the views from the terrace are great, lespecially at sunset! Patricia, the owner, was very welcoming and kind and very practiced at using her translater app! Deposit returned no problem. We thoroughly recommend this house.
