Beautiful villa located in a quiet and pleasant area, with a French-style garden, with an extensive grassy area for leisure and outdoor dining, an inflatable children's pool (4.04m high, 2.01 wide and 1.00m high), where you can enjoy and socialize with your family or with friends in peace in a relaxing and comfortable environment. Very well located. It is possible to walk to supermarkets, ATM, bus stop, café/pastry shop (1 min) and pharmacy (5 min) among other services. Close to beaches and Arrábida Natural Park.
In this fantastic two-family house, the hosts live on the 1st floor, with the 0th floor and the lawned garden for meals/leisure totally available and exclusive to the guests.
