A large cozy big sofa in the living room invites you to linger. From the large balcony window you look directly into the garden. If you open the balcony door you can step out directly onto the terrace. You decide whether you listen to the birds, enjoy the green surroundings, sunbathe or enjoy your breakfast. The in-house TV, including free Netflix account, ensures relaxed film evenings. WIFI is available free of charge in the house and on the property.
The large cozy double bed is located in the upper part of the house directly under the roof. You can treat yourself to a break as soon as you arrive.

Summary: This well thoughtout space has everything you need. Though not city center its proximity to trasportation (2 tam and one subway) gives you accessto all of Berlin and Porsdam.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and well stocked. It's situated in the garden district which feels rural and is very relaxing. But only a few minutes walk to supermarket and good transport links. Kristian was really helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Summary: The property is a little garden house on a quiet lane. There is a nice little outdoor area, but the indoor living space is quite small. It felt a bit like camping, since there is no oven and no microwave. The location is quite a way from the center of the city and a fairly long walk to an U-Bahn, although there is access to other types of transportation nearby. There are also two grocery stores very close to the property. To reach the lofted bed, you must climb a fairly narrow ladder, which was difficult for my husband, so he slept on the sofa downstairs. Kristian is a lovely host and was very responsive to our needs.
