Summary: We had the pleasure of staying here for just four nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Loredana welcomed us at the entrance and provided a nice selection of food and drinks as a welcome gift. The property completely self contained and is all situated on one ground floor level, it is adjoined to Loredana’s home on the first floor. It has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay and you have the comfort of knowing the owner is immediately contactable if there was an emergency. We had the benefit of three seating areas, all with shade from the afternoon sun, a great pool and terraced space. It is a very private, well maintained holiday home with all the comforts of a modern family home and is elegantly decorated throughout. it has three spacious bedrooms, two nice shower rooms/WCs and a very good kitchen. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place in the Italian countryside with easy access to Rome. I would recommend a car for accessing the local shops and restaurants which Loredana was happy for us to park on the private drive which was also gated. Very worthy of 5-stars, we hope to come back!

Summary: We stay 2 weeks in this house and we was so happy, the pool is nice for all, especially for my teenagers , and all around with different externally areas, make us all really happy The house is with a good equipment, the double beds are very comfortable The two single beds are not for big people. We was with a 16 year old boy and a 14 year old daughter and all of us feel so comfortable there. You will find good restaurants , stores , supermarkets around (10 km) from the house and in 40 min you are in the center of Rome -really aceptable. Thanks Loredana for all

Summary: This has to be the best Apartment we have ever stayed in, very spacious, clean and modern. We arrived and felt immediately at home the owner Loredana made us very welcome and added little extras like sweets and biscuits for the kids and a bottle of prosecco chilled in the fridge! The garden is lovely to eat out in or just chill after a busy day sightseeing in Rome, which is easily accessible by train. The pool is only a short walk away and lovely for a cooling swim and the locals are very friendly. In summary you can't go wrong staying here for a relaxing holiday. We were sorry to leave!

Summary: Can only highly recommend you to stay in this house when visiting Rome with your family. We stayed 1 week and enjoyed every minute. The house is located 30 km north of Rome and the house it selv is beautifully decorated and has every thing you need (kitchen, 2 bath rooms, 5 beds, laundry room) and the garden is great to just relax and enjoy the moment. The swimming pool is just down the road (5 min. walk) and you will find only local people from the neighborhood - it has a great atmosphere, and you can also play table-tennis, soccer and tennis. The host is really nice and thoughtfull! She will definitely make you feel at home!
