Summary: We stayed with Armando for 2 weeks. Contact went well before and during our stay. Sometimes with the help of Google Translate, but nevertheless we were confronted with an incredibly warm personality. The air conditioning and dishwasher were broken and a new one was installed the next day. He especially found it annoying for us and apologized often. He also regularly inquired whether everything was satisfactory and recommended good parking for our visit to Rome. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature. The house is actually more beautiful than it appears in the photos. If I had to think of one point for improvement, that's it. Lovely quiet environment. Our dog also loved the enormous garden. Thanks again Armando! We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this stay.

Summary: My family really enjoyed our stay in this property. Armando, the property manager, is a great host. He gave us really useful suggestions about places to visit and activities to do in the surrounding area. We visited Rome, went to the beach in Sabaudia and enjoyed the Cori countryside. The property was in excellent condition, very clean and with an excellent Wi-Fi. The swimming pool was also quite relaxingm The check-in and check-out were stress free. I would strongly recommend this property to families with children.

Summary: We stayed for a week at Armando’s place. We were a family of four with children aged 7 and 5. The whole experience was outstanding. The children had plenty of space to enjoy and the whole place was well equipped. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. A perfect base to explore a more authentic side to Italy. We even managed a couple of day trips into Rome. Armando was very accommodating and welcomed us when we arrived late after midnight. A great place to stay, Thank you!

Summary: "Armando Raponi was a most gracious host but was also respectful of our privacy. The house is well provisioned, with a very pleasant view from the veranda looking over the olives and grapes towards the Alban hills. We used it as a base for exploring Lazio and found it very suitable."
