Location: In the heart of the Luberon Regional Park, the village of Maubec is nestled at the foot of the famous massif between valleys and rivers.
Your holiday house: Located in a residential area, quiet, the house bathed in light, is comfortably furnished for 1-4 people. It consists of a large main room with modern kitchen, fully equipped, two bedrooms with bed 2 people 140x190 for one, double bed 160x 200 which can be split into 80 x 200 for the other. A bathroom with bath, separate toilet, storage, private parking.
It has a garden without vis-à-vis 1000 m2 with views over the Luberon Mountains, a large terrace for sunbathing in privacy and a SPA 5 seats, surrounded by vegetation. In the evening, you may enjoy an aperitif, dinner on the terrace and enjoy the view with a good Cote du Luberon or fruit juice!

Summary: Our second stay in Pierre and Liliane’s lovely home. Everything you need is provided and the welcome pack is excellent - thank you! Comfy beds, great shower, plenty of towels provided. The hot tub is an added bonus, especially when it’s 35 degrees. Hope to be back sometime.

Summary: After a warm welcome from Pierre and Liliane, we had a wonderful week in this clean and comfortable house. In the morning you are within minutes at the bakery around the corner. Many attractions and beautiful nature nearby. We enjoyed the outdoor spa in the spacious garden that offers peace and privacy. Recommended!

Summary: The house is great in a private corner plot and not overlooked at all. Lovely view from the covered terrace towards the mountains. Hot tub was very welcome. Very comfy beds and a very nice newish bathroom. A few things were lacking in the kitchen and it would have been useful to have extra toilet rolls and liquid soap in the bathroom. Pierre and Lilianne were very friendly and helpful with good communication both before we arrived and during our stay. Felt the security deposit was a bit steep and a pain having to do a bank transfer and getting it back via bank transfer as we lost out on exchange rate. Would have been easier if an amount was held against the credit card and then released as in other properties we’ve been to. These were only small niggles and if we were ever back in the area we would be happy to stay again.

Summary: Perfectly situated near the beautiful Luberon hilltowns, yet also convenient to shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, the house is in a private, quiet location with an excellent working kitchen, spacious rooms, excellent Wifi, and even an outdoor hot tub. The owners, Pierre and Liliane, are gracious hosts who provided many helpful ideas for touring the area and dining out.

Summary: We stayed at Pierre and Lilianne's home for a week in May. The house is very comfortable and the back yard has a beautiful view and yard. We absolutely love the town of Maubec with its lush surroundings and numerous walking routes. It is a perfect location for exploring the Luberon. There was a very detailed manual explaining how the appliances worked but it wasn't helpful to us because we speak English. Also it was difficult to organize getting back our security deposit because France's banking is different than North America and the owners wanted cash. All in all the home itself is a good place to stay.

Summary: The property is generally of a high standard with the kitchen space of exceptional quality and standard. The bedrooms are comfortable and the whole house was very clean. The outside space is also very good with comfortable sitting area and of course the hot tub which we used even in the high temperature of August. We were also allowed to use the owner's washing machine - which proved very helpful. To be able to walk out of the property and return in 10 minutes with fresh bread and croissants was a dream. We hit 2 issues during the week. The first was the lack of air-conditioning. This took us a bit by surprise but its not mentioned in the property description. The owners though were very kind and delivered 2 large fans when we asked. The second was the bathing option. A simple shower head in a bath was very basic in our opinion and seemed out of place with the high specification of the rest of the property. However, overall we were very pleased with our stay and enjoyed the week. The owners were discrete, staying away in a nearby village but always at the end of the phone to chat or talked to.

Summary: We had a prior reservation for a rental property fall through at the last minute and Pierre so graciously accommodated us with less than a day's notice. The house has a wonderful outdoor space where you can enjoy your meals and a late night glass of wine while star gazing. You are minutes from great hiking in the Luberon and Maubec and the neighboring villages have everything you need in terms of dining, bakeries and great food markets. If you like to cook, the kitchen is superb! I would definitely come back.
