Spacious semi-detached house on a 500m ² garden plot, which belongs exclusively to our house, located on a southern slope above the Wörthersee. You enjoy the absolute rest position away from any main road, as the house is located in a dead end within a dignified residential area. The village center of Krumpendorf is 1 km away and Lake Wörthersee is 1.5 km away.
The house dates from the 70s and has been completely renovated in 2008. Large windows allow all the rooms to be flooded with light and look friendly. All rooms except the kitchen and bathroom are south-facing and give a clear view of the well-kept garden and in the distance the mountains south of Lake Wörthersee. Kitchen and bathroom are high-quality and modern, the living and sleeping rooms are decorated in the style of the 60s mostly with teak furniture, which the owners have collected lovingly. The house has an internet connection.
On the mezzanine level, in front of the living room, there is a spacious balcony where garden tables and chairs invite you to have breakfast in the sunshine in the morning. From the large living room in the lower ground floor exit to a 20 m² terrace, which is also south facing and completely uneingesehen.
Immediately past the house leads the Wörthersee circular hiking trail. Passionate hikers can set off from the front door in different directions to hikes. Enthusiastic mountain bikers also get their money's worth in the immediate vicinity. Golfers have it only 7 km to the nearest golf course Moosburg-Pörtschach and water sports fans will certainly find their pleasure at the beautiful Wörthersee.

Summary: What a gem! Excellent location, lovely garden, house immaculately clean and fully equipped kitchen with utensils, lots of crockery for the dishwasher which is a god send! Lovely welcome by Daniella's mum and dad who speaks English, gave us lots of local information. 2 large supermarkets, petrol station, small restaurants within 10 min drive. Excellent location for Iroman village as it is only a 15 min drive. Thank you for providing a fantastic stay for us.... Couldn't ask for more.
